Chez Paul… it’s actually my grandparents’ house, now inhabited by my little brother, Paul.
A mound which has much more outcropping limestone than on our other plots, where Cabernets-Sauvignon flourish, which have grown much faster than expected. Planted in 2004, in 2019 they surprised us by offering us a juice so good that we didn’t have the heart to blend it with another cuvée.
It offers a very dense color, a nose swinging between black fruits, raspberry and notes of violet.
The mouth is well structured, the tannins are very fine and what length.
