Between 2 and 4 years old. Albert drank it during the year!
The 2021 vintage is not at all the worthy successor to 2020. The freshness is what characterizes it best.
It presents itself in a clear, brilliant color, with purplish red reflections full of brilliance. It gives aromas of very fresh, tangy, very juicy fruit. The palate is crunchy, fresh, full of suppleness and lightness.
A real fruit wine!
It was in the 1960s that Albert planted these vines on his land in Saint-Julien. They voluntarily planted a large number of grape varieties in order to obtain a blend of very fresh, complex fruits with a fairly low alcohol content.
It is on this plot that Albert, the father of Francis and grandfather of Guillaume, took grapes for his wine of the year, vinified without sulphur. We wanted to pay homage to him by producing a wine as he made them, as he loved them and still loves them!! A fruit wine, a wine to drink!
